In this class we will spend time laughing and discussing the philosophy of joy. We will spend time discussing the Auric field and learn ways to strengthen and enhance your vibrational boundaries. You will be amazed at how rejuvenated it is to laugh and breath and at how contagious it is!

Discovering Archetypes Through Astrology

Description: Carl Jung found the theory of archetypes to be helpful in exploring the answers to some of life's biggest questions. "Who am I" and "What is my reason for being?" In this four week workshop you will discover and explore four of your most important archetypes that are reflected in your astrological natal chart. Like a Mirror of the Soul, the chart is the most accurate way to identify the archetypal themes and energies that guide and inform your life.

Each student will receive a copy of their natal chart and a booklet of information. Please provide birth information at time of registration. If exact birth time is a concern, contact Jaqui at 445-2517.

Jin shin Jyutsu Self-Help Class

Description: Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese art that harmonizes and balances our energies. We'll learn ways of applying our hands to facilitate proper functioning of our meridians (energetic pathways). These methods help us experience a sense of well-being and relaxation. This class is experiential.

Meditation Practice

Description: Barjon's now offers a half hour of meditation practice from 5:30 to 6:00 PM every Wednesday evening. Brief instruction will befollowed by 20 minutes of silent meditation. You may bring a cushion orpillow if you wish. Anyone may attend; there is no charge.

Spirit Message Circle

Mandalas:

Tools For Transformation Series

Description: As a tool for transformation and the development of your dream world,Mandalas can be created in many different ways. Sandy will provide a background of mandalas from ancient cultures. Not only will you
create mandalas on paper, but you will also use special objects and
even your own body as a part of this contemplative and experiential class.
You do not need to be artistic or creative to do this class. In fact many
activities will be done with your eyes closed or with your sub-dominant hand.

Instructor: Sandy Subotnick has 30 plus years experience as a teacher / councelor of expressive and intuitive arts.

The Art of Channeling

Description: The art of channeling involves expanding you consciousness to connect with an angel or other high level guide (or your higher self) and allow love, light and wisdom to come through you into the world. In this workshop you will learn how to relax your mind and raise your vibration in preparation for channeling, as well as specific techniques to help you connect better with your guide. You will practice channeling in a supportive and loving environment.

YogaKids

Description: The unique YogaKids approach combines yoga, relaxation techniques, addressing the natural interests, needs and rhythms of children. They will stretch, breathe, relax and enjoy the many benefits of yoga in fun and playful ways.

2. Courses with low enrollment may be cancelled. In such cases your fee will be refunded.

3. If you change you mind about a class, please call to cancel to someone else may attend.

4. In order to receive a refund, cancellation notice MUST be received at least 3 business days IN ADVANCE to the start of the class.
